BOY MEETS GIRL

It was in the winter, the year 2014 had just begun when Alex met Laura thru their mutual friend Kate.

For the first six months of that year, Alex and Laura flew between Boise and Santa Barbara to spend time with each other.

Finally, in June of 2014, Alex moved to Santa Barbara, California to make it official, effectively and happily ending their 6 month long-distance relationship.

A lot can happen in the first year or so of dating: multiple wine tastings, movie nights, family introductions, not to mention, spur of the moment adventure trips across the California landscape.

In September of 2015, Alex and Laura relocated to Boise, Idaho. Laura returned to school at Boise State University in pursuit of a degree in Information Technology Management. Alex returned to Apple at Boise Towne Square and his freelance photography.

In August 2016 during a trip to New York, Alex proposed to Laura at the Belvedere Castle of Central Park. Then not two weeks later were married beside an old church in Búðir, Iceland on September 1st.
